Meet the Team

I’m a long-time Oregon local who moved to Central Oregon about four years ago after growing up in the Willamette Valley. I live here with my husband and our dog, and we’ve really come to love the Bend community. I’m deeply passionate about mental health, wellness, and helping people feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges.

My interests are a mix of everyday routines and small adventures—exploring local trails, discovering new coffee spots, listening to podcasts about mental health and personal growth, or catching up on the latest books that inspire reflection and self-improvement. I care deeply about creating a compassionate environment where people feel seen, heard, and understood.

I believe in empathy, steady progress, and the idea that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. My goal is to contribute to a welcoming, judgment-free space where individuals and families can receive meaningful support at Canyon Behavioral Health.
