Statements Made Simple
Statements are sent on the first business day of each month.
You can easily find them in the MYIO portal, which is quick and convenient. If you don’t have access yet, don’t worry! Just let us know, and we’ll help you get set up step by step. Prefer paper copies? No problem—we’re happy to mail your statements upon request.
Our Payment Policy
We require an active card on file for all patients to securely process copays and co-insurances.
If you’re experiencing financial difficulties, we offer payment plans to make things more manageable. Your care is what matters most, and we’d much rather see you get the support you need than stress about finances. Just reach out and let us know—we can only help if we know what’s going on!
