Important Billing Update
We want to keep you informed about a recent issue affecting some patient accounts. Please take a moment to read through this update to learn more about the situation and how we're addressing it.
To Our Valued Canyon Behavioral Health Community,
We wanted to inform you about a temporary technical issue with our billing system that has affected some patient accounts. This error has caused certain charges, such as $500, $425, or $295, to appear on accounts incorrectly by passing balances to patients instead of billing their insurance.
Please note that not all patients have been affected by this issue. However, we wanted to proactively address it and assure you that these charges are not accurate, and you do not owe anything at this time. If you are on PacificSource/OHP, there will be no charge for you.
We have contacted our billing manager to correct this issue and are working diligently to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.
